Centre for Opportunistic Infection ( COI) is a Health Care Initiative of OFFER which is a medical facility that specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of Opportunistic Infections viz HIV / AIDS, Pneumonia, Salmonella infection, Candidiasis, Toxoplasmosis, and Tuberculosis (TB).
Proposed 50 bed medical facility for underprivileged patients & inmates of Anandaghar( Residential Project of OFFER for Children Living with HIV/AIDS) which also includes an outdoor department equipped to handle Diagnostic Tests and provide medicines.

OFFER has been serving children who are severely under privileged in the city of Kolkata and semi urban areas of West Bengal. Providing institutional specialized healthcare, psycho – social support to the children with HIV/AIDS, mentally challenged children and other 5000 children in need and its efforts in mainstreaming youth living with HIV through a unique effort – ‘Café Positive’ – has been well appreciated.
